Laura is right I am a former chef and have had them many times and worked in Asia, a bit of a tease, this giant grapefruit like fruit with 2 inches of skin and smallish grapefruit like fruit in the middle, in Asian they candy the peel, alot would say they are not worth the money, in Asia they use them at festival times as a gesture of prosperity and long life, like those given at Chinese and Vietnamese New Years party's.
